ABSTRACT
We report on 4 spinal cord injury patients with urethral diverticulum from urethral lesions caused by urine collecting systems. We advocate one-stage surgical repair with the following precautions: treatment of the septic condition prior to surgery, puncture cystostomy, and closure of the surgical wound using methylene blue.

ABSTRACT
Polyorchidism is a rare anomaly. Only 72 cases have been reported in the literature. Our case, demonstrated histologically, comprises the 73rd. The results yielded by deferentography and ex situ simultaneous arteriography are presented. The embryological, clinical, pathological and therapeutic aspects reported elsewhere are discussed.
