ABSTRACT

The tasks of decreasing of mortality due to main causes require informational analytical support for effective decision making. The profiles of monthly mortality of women because of diseases of blood circular system vary in administrative territorial agglomerations with different social economical level. The monitoring of indicators of mortality permits selecting months of risk and to implement preventive, rehabilitation activities to decrease mortality.

ABSTRACT

The four risk factors of 60% of disease burden in Europe are closely related to diet. The results of random study of rural population substantiated that diet factors interact with other factors of life activity of rural population. Therefore, to control diet factors is possible only through other factors of life activity. The management of rural population health requires considering regional and gender characteristics offormation of population life-style.

ABSTRACT

There were revealed gender differences in cancer morbidity and mortality rate in the Republic of Tatarstan over the period from 1996 till 2013. The morbidity rate was increased by 1.54 times in both urban and rural areas. The morbidity rate level in men was two times higher than in women. The maximum share of new cases of cancer morbidity according to the primary lesion in men in Finland in 2008-2012 was noted in the age groups of 60-64, 70-79 and 85 years and older

ABSTRACT

The analysis of total mortality coefficients on the example of 43 regions of the Republic of Tatarstan (RT) showed the significant spread of values from 9.0 to 22.2 per hundred in 2006, and from 9.0 to 18.4 per hundred--in 2013. In the dynamics there were observed divergent processes of the formation of the total mortality of the population (the stable level in two districts, the decline--in 29 districts and the gain--in 12 districts). In the framework of 43 districts of the RT there were identified the one with the consistently low level, 12--with a stable average levels of total mortality, 18--with consistently high levels, 11--with the positive trend of the transition from high levels into middle ones and the one--with a negative trend of the transition from middle levels to high levels of the total mortality. The achievement of the indicator value is planned only in three districts in the group of 13 districts with the low and middle level, and a unfavorable prognosis--in 30 districts of RT

ABSTRACT

The unhealthy diet is one of important controllable risk factors of development of noninfectious diseases. The gender differences in attitude to one's own health confirm significance of their effect on health condition. The study was carried out to establish the effect of diet factors on the rate of diseases of circulatory system in rural population with consideration of gender distribution. The analysis of results of sampling examination of rural population established that 51% of disease rate in males and 22% of disease rate in females are related to diseases of circulatory system. In males and females rate of diseases of circulatory system is determined by diet factors. The direction of relationship is direct and inverse, differs in males and females and depends on diet factors. The gender differences were manifested not only in conditionality of rate of diseases of circulatory system by diet factors but also by their mutual interaction. The health management of rural population is based on examination and analysis of relationship between health of rural population and factors of their diet.

ABSTRACT

The research data revealed on the regional level the increase of differences in the life-style and health state between urban and rural population and social groups as well. The implementation of the mathematical modeling contributed to the elaboration of three mathematical patterns providing the prospective forecasting of morbidity in the full rural families dwelling on different territories. The traits of similarity and substantial distinctions in the development of full rural families' morbidity on the level of industrial, agro-industrial and agrarian territories. The conclusion is made about the necessity of management of health in rural population on the individual familial and regional levels.

ABSTRACT

The morbidity of mothers and fathers residing in the full, involved and incomplete rural families is analyzed. The gender and inter-type rural family differences in the disease rate are established. The characteristics of the formation of the age-related structure of morbidity among the fathers and mothers as the major causes of death among the rural population are determined.

ABSTRACT

In market conditions, population health becomes a pawn of peoples social and vital status. Attitude towards health is vital need of every individual and public strategic target. Both physicians opinions on health values and level of their knowledge in the field of preventive medicine were studied using specially elaborated questionnaire. In physicians views on forms of preventive activities and their effectiveness differences were established depending on various resource support of workplace. Development of health values in society becomes actual target and training of highly professional personnel in the area of preventive medicine can be one of its possible directions.
