ABSTRACT

Disorders of rheologic and coagulation properties of blood in patients with uterine myoma warrant a range of postoperative interventions which improve blood viscosity (rheopolyglucine, heparin, aspirin, curantyl). A therapeutic regimen was proposed to reduce postoperative rates of thrombotic complications and to effect an earlier rehabilitation of patients with uterine myoma.
