ABSTRACT

Invasive and non-invasive tools were used to examine the specific features of exercise hemodynamic and oxygen supply in time in 25 patients with heart failure who underwent permanent pacing during a long-term glycoside and vasodilator therapy. It is shown that treatment with glycosides and vasodilators should be used in patients having severe myocardial systolic dysfunction and undergoing pacing. In the absence of this abnormality, it is advisable to use peripheral vasodilators (corvaton or sydnopharm) and diuretics for a long time.
