ABSTRACT

The problem of personality readiness for the sports activity has been studied less than needed. Development of personality readiness for sports performance in young footballers goes spontaneously in the beginners and the coaches practically do not control this process that is evidenced by the fact of large departure of young athletes already at the stage of initial training. The purpose of research was to study the indicators of readiness of young footballers to sport activity and to determine the conditions of their formation in the process of psychological-pedagogical work of coach. The following criteria of personality preparedness of young footballers have been recognized: inner motivation for football playing; conscious revealing of the personality traits, which provide success in football playing; ability to adequately evaluate own possibilities and ambition for their development. At the ascertaining experiment it has been revealed that personal indicators of readiness to sport activities at young footballers are not sufficiently developed. In relation to this we have developed a model of psychological-pedagogical work of coaches on forming the personality readiness of young footballers aged 8-10 years old to football trainings. Results of research proved increase of internal motivation, adequate self-esteem and development of reflection at young athletes during the experiment


Este artículo analiza el problema de llevar a los mejores atletas a la cima de la preparación mental para competiciones importantes. Se presenta la técnica de preparación de atletas-escaladores para competiciones responsables que facilitaría la formación de estrategias de afrontamiento. Entre los encuestados se encontraban miembros del equipo nacional de Rusia en escalada al prepararse y competir en campeonatos y copas europeos y mundiales. La técnica presentada aquí nos permitió llevar gradualmente a los mejores atletas a una preparación mental óptima para competiciones importantes, lo que garantizó su rendimiento constante y exitoso en campeonatos y copas de Rusia, Europa y el mundo entero

ABSTRACT

Hardiness is considered as one of the adaptation resources of personality to stressful situations, responsible for the mental health preservation. Adolescents as an age group is one of most susceptible to stress factors, so conducting research on the development of hardiness in adolescents becomes necessary. Due to difference in social conditions under which development of hardiness of adolescents takes place, the purpose of our research was to study the hardiness of adolescents included in different social groups: first group - athletes, students of sports schools, second - students of specialized schools for intellectually gifted individuals, third- students of regular schools. In total, 239 adolescents of 14-16 years old participated. The study revealed significant differences in the development of hardiness among all three groups of adolescents. The general and specific patterns of the development of hardiness components of adolescents in different social groups were identified. The article describes the main types of manifestation of hardiness and its components under different social conditions of activity and development in modern adolescents.
