ABSTRACT
Complex studies pertaining to the production of phosphorus-containing mineral products detected no cases of occupational fluorosis among workers. The reasons for fluorosis absence in fluorine-exposed workers were analyzed. The total fluorine load was calculated in workers of the main professions. It was demonstrated that fluorine annual intake of 2-4 g corresponding to the mean-shift concentration of 1-2 mg/m3 (critical levels) required various activities aimed at prevention of occupational fluorosis.
