ABSTRACT

The operative treatment of the cervical spine injuries with and without neurological deficit was active developed in the last 25 years. The surgical management has been determined by the type of deformity, and also by the anatomical and functional specialties. The indication, the diagnostical and therapeutical strategy and the results of surgical treatment of 304 cases are discussed.
