ABSTRACT

In the article the results of clinical researches of efficiency of preparation of Cocarnit are resulted for patients after endoprosthesis of large joints. It is routine that for patients, receiving preparation of Cocarnit after the operation period there was a decline in the amount of complaints of patients on the total somatical state. Preparation of Ccocarnit was positively estimated outside patients, meaningful by-reactions, serving reason of abolition of preparation, was not marked. At the reception preparation of Cocarnit greater part of investigational laboratory indexes (table of contents of glucose, ß-lipoproteines, total chondroitisulfates, TBC-productes (malonic dyaldehyde), activity of aspartataminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase and ß-glutamyltranspeptidase), the indexes of clinical blood test and leucocytar indexes during a supervision did not have reliable differences from such as the persons of the control group, that confirms good bearab leness of the indicated preparation. Application preparation of Cocarnit for patients in composition the chart of treatment of patients after endoprosthesis of large joints brought maintenance over of cholesterol to the decline, glycoproteins, TBC-products (malonic dyaldehyde), activity of alaninaminotransferase, that specifies on normalizing influence of the indicated preparation in relation to the basic types of exchange of matters.

ABSTRACT

With the purpose of studying the condition of the neuromuscular apparatus, an electroneuromuscular myographic investigation was conducted in 36 patients with freshly detected type I diabetes mellitus in the state of compensation with no neurologic complaints. The study made showed 100% affection of the peripheral portion of the nervous system (subclinical form of polyneuropathy) which has been shown to be more manifest in the lower extremites. The secured results corroborate the symmetry theory of affection of the peripheral nervous system in type I diabetes mellitus.

ABSTRACT

For immobilization of foot-crus segment in case of damages of talocrural articulation region is proposed a short orthese, made of polyvic. Elastic properties of the material at convergence of the orthese walls allow to develop the compressive force in the region of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis up to 90 N. Immobilization reliability was judged by tensometry. An orthese allows to set the foot subluxation, make reposition of the malleolus fragments. In case of fracture of the lower third of fibula an appliance with concave control pelot, made on the basis of an orthese, is used. The treatment methods foresee the most complete utilization of extremity functions even during the early post-traumatic periods. An orthese and an appliance with positive results were used by 69 patients with the talocrural articulation damages.

ABSTRACT

In an effort to reveal the mechanism and the causes of loss of achieved deformation correction during postoperative period in case of intervertebral spondylodesis of cervical part of vertebral column there has been undertaken an investigation, based on detailed clinical and roentgenologic analysis of 69 operated patients in dynamics, combined with the experimental investigations at the intervertebral spondylodesis model. In all patients there has been stated the loss of originally achieved correction, differing in value and direction. It has been suggested that the main loss of correction is, for the most part, a single-stepped and intermittent event, that occurs, as a rule, in the near postoperative period. The system tendency to reach the state of stable equilibrium under the effect of arising external forces turned out to be the mechanism of losses and the main cause is inadequate primary stabilization of the created block. A hypothetic classification of the functional state periods of the operated cervical part of vertebral column has been derived. The main advantages of +ceramic spondylodesis as compared with osteoplastic one have been revealed. There have been determined the necessity of further improvement of endofixative construction and surgical intervention techniques, aimed at the primary stabilization level increase.

ABSTRACT

In the article is presented the echographic semiotics of the forearm interosseous membrane, based on the results of 10 forearm examinations. Qualitative echographic parameters, describing the forearm interosseous membrane geometry in different biomechanical situations, have been analysed. It has been determined that the ultrasound echography permits to visualize for certain the forearm interosseous membrane. As the criteria of the membrane geometry can be used such indicators as its area and profile height. Ultrasound echography permits to detect interosseous membrane tissue strain in case of forearm rotation and external compression in interosseous space, due to which its elasticity is evaluated.

ABSTRACT

The authors analyse four methods of treatment of crus deformity (in Erlacher-Blant's disease; correcting osteotomy, osteotomy with further correction with Ilizarov's apparatus, rod apparatus, or distraction epiphyseolysis). A conclusion is made about similar efficacy of the application of Ilizarov's apparatus and rod apparatus.
