ABSTRACT

Statistical analysis has established the importance and adequacy of determination of the levels of circulating immune complexes, leukocytes, and HLA-DR+ lymphocytes for the prediction of the outcome of treatment for surgical sepsis. A model of prognostically best clinical outcome of the disease was used to calculate the ranges of values of immunological parameters in which it is expedient to use immunovenin, imunofan, inferon, roncoleukin, and ceruloplasmin in order to have an optimal clinical effect; moreover, there was a 76% agreement of the actual results of treatment with calculated ones.
