ABSTRACT

This review is devoted to differential diagnostics and treatment of lupus erythematosus tumidus, a rare form of lupus erythematosus, the data on which are practically absent in the Russian-language literature. The overview of foreign literature is supplemented by personal observations of the authors. Clinical cases are illustrated by photographs and the description of the pathomorphological picture of the disease. Special attention is given to its differential diagnostics bearing in mind the variety of its manifestations. This information is intended for therapists, rheumatologists, and dermatologists.

ABSTRACT

In the presented article we discuss the problems of lichenoid and plaque parapsoriasis. The difference in Russian and English classifications are discussed in the historical aspect, as well as review of the literature, and personal authors' observations of nine patients with "small plaque parapsoriasis".

ABSTRACT

An overview of the literature of the dermatitis of the vulva is presented. The etiology, epidemiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, pathological diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of contact, allergic-contact, atopic, and seborrheic dermatitis of the vulva are described in details. Lichen simplex chronicus is additionally described as complication of chronic itching dermatitis.
