ABSTRACT

Comparative estimation of results for endoscopic lifting of the face upper part in dynamics of early and late postoperative period was adduced. In accordance to results of analysis, concerning the eyebrows height in a control terms, there was established, that through one year postoperatively the eyebrows have a tendency towards ptosis due to activity of the eyes circular muscles. Deterioration of the result achieved post-operatively is less prominent in patients after preliminary chemical denervation of mimic muscles. Chemical denervation of the eyes circular muscles, using injections of botulinic toxine type A before 2 weeks preoperatively secures a stable fixation of tissues in early postoperative period, what permits to escape loss of the result achieved, secures the results improvement in late postoperative period in 3.7 times.

ABSTRACT

Basing on analysis of the treatment results in 74 injured persons with a cold trauma there was proved, that during operative interventions performance a total intravenous anesthesy and a spinal cord anesthesy are used most frequently. Inhalation anesthesy and conducting methods of anesthesy ought to be used more frequently, because a total intravenous anesthesy is a lesser guided one and a spinal cord anesthesy may cause a severe hypotension in the injured persons.

ABSTRACT

Clinical efficacy of preparation REGEN-D 150 for local treatment of burns was analyzed. In accordance to the data obtained, the preparation application for the burns treatment have secured the local inflammatory reaction reduction in the affection zone, reparative processes optimization in the burn wound and saving the functional possibilities of phagocytic cells on optimal level.

ABSTRACT

The standing ground investigation of mechanical properties of the silicone expander of own construction was conducted for determination of its physical load on adjacent tissues while their expanding performing. There was established, that the tissues expanding over the expanders occurs in a logarithmic mode. The data obtained permit to model and estimate the expanding process components on all its stages.

ABSTRACT

Clinical efficacy of preparation Lactoprotein with sorbitol (manufactured by CSS "Biopharma", Ukraine) in patients with deep burns was studied up. High efficacy of the preparation in the stage of the burn shock was established, including the antishock action, the endogenous intoxication severity reduction and metabolic acidosis prophylaxis.

ABSTRACT

Analysis of the immunological reactivity conditions of burned children was conducted. The factors witch have influence on the functional activity of blood leucocytes were studied. The decrease of immunological reactivity proportionale to the grave of the trauma was discovered. The secondary immunodeficiency in T-indepent type developed. The protein fraction of the blood serum influenced on the T-lymphocytes to the highest degree. Simultaneously decrease of the toleranse to the autologus erytrocytes with the hyperproduction of antibodies was discovered.
