ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: The aim: To study relationship peculiarities between the manifestations of professional maladaptation of interns with their value and meaningful sphere of life for developing preventive measures to preserve their health and reduce the outflow of medical personnel from Ukraine. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and methods: The study has involved 81 male and female interns. The following methods were used: diagnostic, psychological, analysis, relation¬ships, comparison, systematization and mathematical statistics. RESULTS: Results: Manifestations of professional maladaptation of interns were revealed. The peculiarities of the relationship between the manifestations of professional maladaptation of interns with their meaningful sphere of life are presented. Developed, tested and implemented effective measures for preventing professional burnout and maladaptation are presented. CONCLUSION: Conclusions: The expediency of providing psychological knowledge in the program of education of interns, as well as the introduction of mandatory psycholog¬ical support in the institutions of higher medical education are proved. These measures will contribute to future doctor's deeper psychological self-knowledge, self-development, self-regulation of their own behavior and emotions, keeping a healthy lifestyle and effective work to strengthen the state.

ABSTRACT

Recently, Ma et al. [Phys. Rev. Lett. 118, 027402 (2017)] have suggested that water molecules encapsulated in (6,5) single-wall carbon nanotube experience a temperature-induced quasiphase transition around 150 K interpreted as changes in the water dipoles orientation. We discuss further this temperature-driven quasiphase transition performing quantum chemical calculations and molecular dynamics simulations and, most importantly, suggesting a simple lattice model to reproduce the properties of the one-dimensional confined finite arrays of water molecules. The lattice model takes into account not only the short-range and long-range interactions but also the rotations in a narrow tube, and both ingredients provide an explanation for a temperature-driven orientational ordering of the water molecules, which persists within a relatively wide temperature range.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: The aim: The purpose of the article is to present the results of research on the peculiarities of the symptoms of emotional burnout with doctors in Ukraine to justify the necessity to develop a set of preventive express measures to normalize their psychophysiological state after being in stressful situations. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and methods: The study involved 270 doctors of different specializations. We used "Diagnosis of the level of emotional burnout" (Boyko V.). RESULTS: Results: The results of studies have shown a significant manifestation of the "emotional burnout" symptoms with doctors. The presence of symptoms in all phases of the syndrome has been stated. It has been found that the dominant phase of the syndrome with those under investigation is the phase of resistance. CONCLUSION: Conclusions: The reasons which promote emergence of "emotional burnout" syndrome are described. The real problems that contributed to the development of effective measures with the aim to prevent the syndrome of emotional burnout with physicians, including the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, on advanced training courses at the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, Medical and Pharmaceutical Law at the Shupik National University of Health of Ukraine.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: The aim: Scientific substantiation of the state and tendencies of development at the present stage of the legislation of the European Union and Ukrainian legislation on quality assurance of medicines. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and methods: Using the biblio-semantic, systematic-review, analytical, formal-legal and comparative-law methods, the individual regulatory sources of pharmaceutical legislation of the EU and Ukraine were studied. CONCLUSION: Conclusions: The paper identifies that pharmaceutical legislation of the EU and Ukraine on quality assurance of medicines at the present stage of their development have common features, which include the number, disorder of existing legal acts, which creates conflicts between them and the potential for gaps in regulation. The main trend in the development of this legislation in the EU and Ukraine is the disparity of legal acts and the lack of significant legislative efforts to codify them.
