ABSTRACT
Endointoxication's syndrome and manifestations of immune deficiency observed among elderly patients with acute exacerbations of ENT diseases and concomitant cerebrovascular pathology. Reamberin in pathogenetic therapy arrests manifestations of intoxication and optimizes immunobiological homeostasis.

ABSTRACT
Quality of life has already been investigated in elderly patients with alcohol dependence. Indicators were deteriorated with long-term experience of alcohol and somatic diseases. Practice of Reamberin, Cytoflavin, Cycloferon has improved quality of life and physical status of elderly patients.
