ABSTRACT
Se presenta el caso de un varón de 31 años de edad con un tiempo de 6 meses caracterizado por tumoraciones en piel, síntomas respiratorios crónicos, baja de peso, hiporexia y malestar general. Presentó cuadro clínico radiológico de efusión pleural derecha, con agrandamiento mediastinal, tumoraciones quisticas pericárdicas y cutáneas en región epigástrica y muslo izquierdo, con adenomegalia retroperitoneal. Presentamos un caso de TB multisistémica con presentación inusual que compromete pleura, pulmón, corazón, pericardio, hígado, ganglios y piel.
