[Surgical treatment of patients with odontogenic maxillary sinusitis]. / Variant khirurgicheskogo lecheniia bol'nykh s odontogennym gaimoritom.

Outcomes of surgical treatment of maxillary sinusitis of odontogenic origin have been studied in 31 patients. A glue composition MK-9M was applied. This procedure can be recommended as a method of choice in management of perforative maxillary sinusitis.

A method for osteoplastic repair of perforations of the maxillary sinus bottom using MK-9M glue composition was used in 31 patients. Morphological analysis of a life-time biopsy specimen obtained during re-operation was carried out. The method is recommended for the treatment of perforative maxillary sinusitis.
