ABSTRACT
Spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhoea is a clinical entity that is difficult to both diagnose and treat. A case in a 56-year-old woman with a defect in the lateral wall of the sphenoid sinus and middle cranial fossa floor is presented. Pathogenesis and management of this rare condition are discussed.
