Serviço Social e inserção social da Pós-graduação: reflexões a partir do oeste do Paraná / Social Work and social insert of Post-graduate: reflexions from west of Paraná

Resumo: O artigo objetiva evidenciar a concepção e ações desenvolvidas no campo da inserção social a partir da realidade sócio-histórica da pós-graduação em Serviço Social na Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná - Unioeste, localizada na tríplice fronteira internacional no Sul do país. Reflete sobre o sentido ético-político do Serviço Social como área de conhecimento e da inserção social incluída como quesito no modelo de avaliação da Capes.

Abstract: The goal of the paper is to highlight the conception and actions developed in social insert field having as starting point the historical and social reality of Social Work Post Graduation course at Western State University of Paraná - UNIOESTE, located in the triple internacional border in the south of the country. It reflects upon the political and ethical meaning of Social Work as a field of knowledge and the social insert included as requirement in Capes evaluation model.

Resumo: Na historicidade dos últimos quarenta anos do Serviço Social brasileiro, objetiva-se apreender a produção intelectual publicada na revista Serviço Social & Sociedade e os nexos orgânicos que dão sustentação à direção ético-política do projeto profissional, tendo a pesquisa e a produção do conhecimento como mediação estratégica. Contextualiza os atuais ataques à produção de conhecimento, à autonomia universitária e ao pensamento crítico na universidade pública brasileira, bem como os desafios postos à ABEPSS.

Abstract: In the historicity of the last 40 years of the Brazilian Social Service, the objective is to understand the intellectual production published in the Social Work and Society Journal and the organic links that give support to the ethical-political direction of the professional project, having the research and production of knowledge as mediation strategy. It contextualizes the current attacks on knowledge production, university autonomy and critical thinking in the Brazilian public university and the challenges posed to ABEPSS.

Crise do capital e desmonte da Seguridade Social: desafios (im)postos ao Serviço Social / Capital crisis and Social Security dismantling: challenges (im)posed to Social Work

Resumo: O presente artigo propõe a reflexão crítica sobre a crise do capital, suas inflexões no mundo do trabalho na conjuntura brasileira e os impactos na regressão de direitos. Analisa as contrarreformas implementadas a partir da década de 1990 e os sucessivos desmontes desferidos contra a política de Seguridade Social. A partir da perspectiva do projeto ético-político profissional, problematiza os desafios postos aos(às) assistentes sociais enquanto parte constitutiva da classe trabalhadora.

Abstract: This article proposes a critical reflection on the capital crisis, its inflections in labour's world, in the Brazilian conjuncture and impacts on the regression of rights. It analyzes the counter-reforms implemented since 1990s and the successive dismantling process of Social Security Policy. From the perspective of the professional ethical-political project, it problematizes the challenges before social workers as a constituent part of the working class.
