ABSTRACT
Inner-city clients pose challenges for home care providers in terms of access. When they are at risk for mental health problems, that adds another layer to the difficulty of access. One program in the South Bronx uses unique structure and staff to gain family acceptance for intervention.

ABSTRACT
Children who have a parent or significant family member who is ill or dying or who has died handle their grief in different ways. Memory books have helped keep children mentally healthier and kept them at home rather than being hospitalized for the behaviors by which they express their grief.
