ABSTRACT

Compared with railway communication service requirements on the mainline, requirements in hotspots such as stations and yards are more complicated in terms of service types as well as bandwidth, of which railway-dedicated mobile communication systems such as 5G-R facilitated with dedicated frequency support cannot meet the entire communication requirements. Therefore, other radio-communication technologies need to be adopted as a supplement, among which the mmWave communication system is a promising technology, especially for large bandwidth communication between train and trackside. However, there is a lack of evaluation of the 28 GHz mmWave channel characteristics for the railway marshaling yard scenario. In this paper, the railway marshaling yard mmWave propagation scenario is deeply analyzed and classified into three typical categories, based on which, a measurement campaign is conducted using an SDR channel sounding system equipped with a 28 GHz mmWave phased-array antenna. A self-developed software under the LabVIEW platform is used to derive the channel parameters. Conclusions on the relationship between the parameters of MPC numbers, time-spread, and received power and position, as well as the impact of typical obstructions such as the Catenary, adjacent locomotives, and buildings are drawn. The statistical results and conclusions of this paper are helpful for facilitating the design and performance evaluation of future mmWave communication systems for railway marshaling yards and can also be further extended and applied to the research of mmWave utilization in 6G and other future communication technologies for more scenarios.

ABSTRACT

INTRODUCTION: In the past, the problem of sedation drug dependence has been reported in psychological counseling cases, but it is rare to use the rapid reconstruction method for psychological emergency intervention. This article reports the applying of rapid reconstruction method in the intervention of sedation drug dependence during psychological emergency in the context of the Corona Virus Disease-2019 public health events. THE MAIN THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTIONS: Firstly present the problem including presenting experiences related to psychological stress, troubles of events, core problems and self-assessment based on a score of 0 to 10, secondly transfer information including normalizing relevant reactions and providing useful knowledge, thirdly cope with strategies of seeking internal and external resources, reassessing and making improvement plans, at last improve the summary which includes reviewing the process to summarize gains, initiate actions and commit. OUTCOMES: The author discussed the current psychological crisis with the patient, scored the tense and anxious situation, normalized the response to the patient and passed on the knowledge about controlling Corona Virus Disease-2019 prevention and sedative drugs, helped him find the method to adjust himself and the social resources he confided to his friends during the similar period, scored again, put forward the plan, reviewed the conversation process and made a commitment to not use sedative drugs. CONCLUSIONS: Through the "simple and quick reconstruction method," the patient was able to solve the problem of dependence on sedative drugs, relieve tension and anxiety, find resources, and keep living.

ABSTRACT

Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) is a common and potentially devastating condition in the neonate, associated with high mortality and morbidity. Effective treatment options are limited and therefore alternative therapies such as acupuncture are increasingly used. Previous studies have shown that electro acupuncture promoted proliferation of neural progenitor cell and increased expression of neurotrophic factor in HIE. However, effects of electro acupuncture on downstream signaling pathways have been rarely researched. So, in the present study, we aimed to evaluate the neuroprotective effects of electro acupuncture on HIE and to further investigate the role of GDNF family receptor member RET and its key downstream PI3-K/Akt pathway in the process. A rat HIE model was constructed by the left common carotid artery (LCCA) ligation method in combination with hypoxic treatment. Considering that Baihui (GV20), Dazhui (GV14), Quchi (LI11) and Yongquan (KI1) are commonly used in clinics for stroke treatment and are easy to locate, we chose the above four acupoints as the combination for electro acupuncture treatment which was performed once a day for different time periods. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining and transmission electron microscopy results showed that electro acupuncture could ameliorate neurologic damage and alleviate the degenerative changes of ultra structure of cortical neurons in rats subjected to HIE. And the longer acupuncture treatment lasted, the better its therapeutic effect would be. This was accompanied by gradually increased expression of GDNF family receptor RET at the mRNA level and its downstream signaling Akt at the protein level in the ischemic cortex. These findings suggest that electro acupuncture shows neuroprotective effects in HIE, which at least in part is attributed to activation of PI3-K/Akt signaling pathway.
