ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: This study investigated the effects of hydroxyapatite (HA)/chitosan (CS)-transforming growth factor-ß1 (TGF-ß1) composite coatings on titanium surfaces, as well as on the attachment and proliferation of osteoblasts. METHODS: HA/CS-TGF-ß1 composite coatings were prepared on titanium surfaces by physical, chemical, and biological modifications. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and other methods were employed to analyze the chemical composition and surface topography of the composite coatings. CCK-8 and immunofluorescence assays were used to analyze the effects of the coatings on the attachment and proliferation of osteoblasts. RESULTS: HA/CS-TGF-ß1 composite coatings were successfully prepared. Their contact angle was almost zero. These composite coatings were applied in vitro, with a drug released early and a burst release effect. The growth of osteoblasts was not inhibited on it and it had obvious promoting effect on the adhesion and early proliferation of osteoblasts. CONCLUSION: The composite coatings significantly promote the adhesion and early proliferation of osteoblasts in vitro. This finding shows that the proposed method demonstrates a good prospective application in surface modification of titanium.

ABSTRACT

Based on the background of knowledge economy, factors which have affected the social status of a person can be divided into five levels: physical fitness, technical ability, mental capacity, potential energy and recombination energy. This article analyzes the educational style of medical students by using five-level-ability model which judges a person from the economic angle. It aims at providing constructive opinions on innovation, enhancement and improvement of modern medical education.

ABSTRACT

Teaching diagnosis is also called analysis of the scene of teaching. By using multimedia teaching in the classroom, teaching monitoring system for remote video, the use of the basic method of Chinese medicine in the diagnosis of the disease"look, smell, ask and feel" to watch video playback,we let the students purposefully observe teachers’ teaching, conduct the "Self-or experts",feeling the pulse diagnosis, and find the inadequate teaching and make recommendations for improvement so as to ultimately enhance the quality of classroom teaching purposes.

ABSTRACT

Assurance system of Medical Quality is the core of teaching quality assurance work from colleges itself. This paper analysed the major factors affecting the teaching quality such as teachers, students, the teaching environment, teaching management based on quality management theory, making use of information technology to support the implementation of quality assurance system, constructing a system composed of five quality security system framework and forming protection of the quality of teaching based on information.
