ABSTRACT

The article presents a review on literature dedicated to diagnosing metastases of epithelial tumors into marrow. The management of myelocarcinosis treatment and prognosis of the disease are discussed in the article. The main conclusion of the article consists in the necessary examination of marrow haemopoiesis in patients with solid epithelial tumors.

ABSTRACT

The data about the ability of various substances to cause definite reactions in biological objects are adduced, and, in particular, about the efficacy of a small doses of antitumoral chemopreparations in experiment. The results of investigation of the application efficacy of various doses of immunomodulating agents, such as arbisol, nucleoplat, the substrate from gram-negative bacteria Yersinia enterocolitica, antitumoral vaccine from the tumoral cells are presented for the cancer chemotherapy. While application of super-small doses of an antitumoral vaccine there was noted statistically significant inhibition of tumoral growth.

ABSTRACT

The stimulated influence of the antitumoral vaccine, prepared with the help of filtrate of the Bacillus mesentericus AB-56 or the antibiotic, extracted from it, on the immune answer to heterologic test-antigen (ram erythrocytes) was established. While the vaccine injection to laboratory animals with developing tumor their capacity to resist to the tumors was rising up.

ABSTRACT

Morphological changes, occurring in hepatic parenchyma under the influence of low temperatures (-50...-196 degrees C), were depicted in the work. This data permit to determine the choice of method and the indexes of temperature for the treatment of hepatic tumors and inflammatory diseases.

ABSTRACT

The efficacy of sermion was studied in 41 patients of the middle and elderly ages. The reactive changes in the parameters of the cerebral circulation (the frontomastoidal RhEG), total hemodynamics, frequency-integration characteristics of EEG and visual evoked potentials at the administration of 2 mg and 4 mg of sermion were shown. There are given recommendations for the differential approach to the choice of the drug doses in the elderly persons taking into consideration the parameters of the background reactivity of the CNS and the state of vascular regulation.

ABSTRACT

Different causes leading to lesions of the peripheral nerve trunk result in instability of the state of regional hemodynamics values. Vegetative-vascular disorders determining the characteristic aspects of the peripheral hemodynamics may result in the development of intratruncal edematous compression of the nerve trunks.
