ABSTRACT

Bromine-based flow batteries (BFB) have always suffered from poor kinetics due to the sluggish Br3 -/Br- redox, hindering their practical applications. Developing cathode materials with high catalytic activity is critical to address this challenge. Herein, the in-depth investigation for the free energy of the bromine redox electrode is conducted initially through DFT calculations, establishing the posterior desorption during oxidation as the rate-determining step. An urchin-like titanium nitride hollow sphere (TNHS) composite is designed and synthesized as the catalyst for bromine redox. The large difference in Br- and Br3 - adsorption capability of TNHS promotes rapid desorption of generated Br3 - during the oxidation process, liberating active sites timely to enable smooth ongoing reactions. Besides, the urchin-like microporous/mesoporous structure of TNHS provides abundant active surface for bromine redox reactions, and ample cavities for the bromine accommodation. The inherently high conductivity of TNHS enables facile electron transfer through multiple channels. Consequently, zinc-bromide flow batteries with TNHS catalyst exhibit significantly enhanced kinetics, stably operating at 80 mA cm-2 with 82.78% energy efficiency. Overall, this study offers a solving strategy and catalyst design approach to the sluggish kinetics that has plagued bromine-based flow batteries.

ABSTRACT

In recent years, as more and more fossil species of berothids from Myanmar have been reported, the species and morphological diversity of Berothidae continues to increase. Herein, one new species of Berothidae, Aggregataberotha paucipunctata sp. nov., and one new genus, Sejunctaberotha gen. nov., with three new species (Sejunctaberotha sphaerica gen. et sp. nov., Sejunctaberotha tenuis gen. et sp. nov. and Sejunctaberotha transversa gen. et sp. nov.) are described from mid-Cretaceous Myanmar amber. A. paucipunctata sp. nov. is assigned to Aggregataberotha Wang, Huang & Wang, 2022, based on the characteristics of the similar female terminalia and wing venation, but can be different from A. punctate regarding the pale pterostigma and a few detailed features of wing venation. Additionally, representatives of Sejunctaberotha gen. nov. are remarkably different from the representatives of the other genera within Berothidae in the configuration of wing venation. For example, Sejunctaberotha gen. nov. has simple subcostal veinlets, obviously free Sc and RA at the apex present both in fore- and hindwings, a single ra-rp crossvein connecting the RA with RP3, a single rp-m crossvein locating before the origin of the MP, a simple CuP and no gradate veins. Interestingly, in one of the specimens of Sejunctaberotha gen. nov., a pair of spherical bulges was found at the end of the antennae. The new genus Sejunctaberotha gen. nov. suggests that Berothidae had a higher potential diversification during the Mesozoic Era.

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to screen spice extracts that can target the inhibition of biogenic amine (BA)-producing bacteria and reduce the BA accumulation in reduced-salt dry sausages. A total of 59 bacterial strains were isolated from reduced-salt dry sausages; among them, three isolates, namely, Staphylococcus epidermidis S1, S. saprophyticus S2, and S. edaphicus S3, had the strongest ability to produce BA. Eight spice extracts, i.e. Angelica dahurica, cinnamon, ginger, clove, fennel, Amomum, nutmeg, and orange peel, were extracted. The inhibition zone diameter and minimum inhibitory concentration indicated that A. dahurica, Amomum, and clove elicited the strongest inhibitory effect on BA-producing strains. Growth kinetics showed the strongest inhibitory effect of clove extracts, followed by Amomum and A. dahurica. In the medium system, clove extract was the most effective in controlling the total BA content by inhibiting of BA-producing strains S. epidermidis S1, S. saprophyticus S2, and S. edaphicus S3; their contents were reduced by 23.74%, 31.05% and 21.37%, respectively. In the dry sausage system, the control of BA accumulation by clove was quite prominent, and the total BA content was reduced from 373.70 mg/kg to 259.05 mg/kg on day 12.

ABSTRACT

Cadmium (Cd), a well-established developmental toxicant, accumulates in the placentae and disrupts its structure and function. Population study found adverse pregnancy outcomes caused by environmental Cd exposure associated with cell senescence. However, the role of autophagy activation in Cd-induced placental cell senescence and its reciprocal mechanisms are unknown. In this study, we employed animal experiments, cell culture, and case-control study to investigate the above mentioned. We have demonstrated that exposure to Cd during gestation induces placental senescence and activates autophagy. Pharmacological and genetic interventions further exacerbated placental senescence induced by Cd through the suppression of autophagy. Conversely, activation of autophagy ameliorated Cd-induced placental senescence. Knockdown of NBR1 exacerbated senescence in human placental trophoblast cells. Further investigations revealed that NBR1 facilitated the degradation of p21 via LC3B. Our case-control study has demonstrated a positive correlation between placental senescence and autophagy activation in all-cause fetal growth restriction (FGR). These findings offer a novel perspective for mitigating placental aging and placental-origin developmental diseases induced by environmental toxicants.

BACKGROUND: Suicide is one of the most lethal complications of late-life depression (LLD), and habenular dysfunction may be involved in depression-related suicidality and may serve as a potential target for alleviating suicidal ideation. This study aimed to investigate abnormal functional connectivity of the habenula in LLD patients with suicidal ideation. METHODS: One hundred twenty-seven patients with LLD (51 with suicidal ideation (LLD-S) and 76 without suicidal ideation (LLD-NS)) and 75 healthy controls (HCs) were recruited. The static functional connectivity (sFC) and dynamic functional connectivity (dFC) between the habenula and the whole brain were compared among the three groups, and correlation and moderation analyses were applied to investigate whether suicidal ideation moderated the relationships of habenular FC with depressive symptoms and cognitive impairment. RESULTS: The dFC between the right habenula and the left orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) increased in the following order: LLD-S > LLD-NS > control. No significant difference in the habenular sFC was found among the LLD-S, LLD-NS and control groups. The dFC between the right habenula and the left OFC was positively associated with global cognitive function and visuospatial skills, and the association between this dFC and visuospatial skills was moderated by suicidal ideation in patients with LLD. CONCLUSION: The increased variability in dFC between the right habenula and left OFC was more pronounced in the LLD-S group than in the LLD-NS group, and the association between habenular-OFC dFC and visuospatial skills was moderated by suicidal ideation in patients with LLD.

ABSTRACT

As the most common nonlinear optical process, second harmonic generation (SHG) has important application value in the field of nanophotonics. With the rapid development of metal nanomaterial processing and chemical preparation technology, various structures based on metal nanoparticles have been used to achieve the enhancement and modulation of SHG. In the field of nonlinear optics, plasmonic metal nanostructures have become potential candidates for nonlinear optoelectronic devices because of their highly adjustable physical characteristics. In this article, first, the basic optical principles of SHG and the source of surface symmetry breaking in metal nanoparticles are briefly introduced. Next, the related reports on SHG in metal nanostructures are reviewed from three aspects: the enhancement of SHG efficiency by double resonance structures, the SHG effect based on magnetic resonance and the harmonic energy transfer. Then, the applications of SHG in the sensing, imaging and in situ monitoring of metal nanostructures are summarized. Future opportunities for SHG in composite systems composed of metal nanostructures and two-dimensional materials are also proposed.

ABSTRACT

It has been experimentally and theoretically analyzed that noise-induced excitability in quantum well and quantum dot semiconductor laser systems usually produces sharp spike patterns of non-uniform amplitude. In this paper, we experimentally record that a quantum cascade oscillator injected externally with a monochromatic laser beam exhibits a series of highly uniform spike trains, which occur in the proximity of the saddle-node bifurcation. Theoretical analysis based on a properly designed single-mode rate equation model endowed with quantum noise reveals that this high uniformity has its primary origin in the ultrashort carrier lifetime of the quantum cascade laser gain medium that is typically close to 1 ps.

ABSTRACT

This paper introduces the paradigm of "in-context operator learning" and the corresponding model "In-Context Operator Networks" to simultaneously learn operators from the prompted data and apply it to new questions during the inference stage, without any weight update. Existing methods are limited to using a neural network to approximate a specific equation solution or a specific operator, requiring retraining when switching to a new problem with different equations. By training a single neural network as an operator learner, rather than a solution/operator approximator, we can not only get rid of retraining (even fine-tuning) the neural network for new problems but also leverage the commonalities shared across operators so that only a few examples in the prompt are needed when learning a new operator. Our numerical results show the capability of a single neural network as a few-shot operator learner for a diversified type of differential equation problems, including forward and inverse problems of ordinary differential equations, partial differential equations, and mean-field control problems, and also show that it can generalize its learning capability to operators beyond the training distribution.

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to investigate the biogenic amines (BAs) in dry sausages collected from different regions in northeast China; explore the potential correlation amongst BAs, free amino acids (FAAs) and bacterial communities; and determine the key bacteria that produced or inhibited BAs. The contents of BAs significantly differed amongst various dry sausages. The dominating BAs were putrescine and spermine. Further analysis of the FAA profile and its relationship with BAs showed that a large number of available precursor FAAs could cause the accumulation of their corresponding BAs. A total of 118 genera were identified in dry sausages amongst which Staphylococcus and Weissella were the dominant genera. From the correlation between BAs and species, 13 core species were significantly correlated with BAs; amongst them, 11 were positively correlated, and two were negatively correlated. This work assessed the levels of BAs in dry sausages from northeast China and demonstrated that available FAAs and complex bacterial composition were closely related to BA accumulation.

ABSTRACT

Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) is expected to exhibit a better imaging performance in the second near-infrared (NIR-II) windows with weak tissue scattering and autofluorescence. However, the indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) detectors currently used for imaging in the NIR-II region are prohibitively expensive, hampering its extensive biomedical applications. In this study, a novel NIR-II CLSM system is developed by using the inexpensive silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) that can perform the multicolor biological imaging in vivo. Using IR-780 iodide as the contrast agent, the NIR-II imaging capability of constructed CLSM is inspected, demonstrating a spatial resolution of 1.68 µm (close to the diffraction limit) and a fluorophore detection sensitivity as low as 100 nm. In particular, it is discovered that the multicolor imaging performance in both NIR-I and NIR-II windows is comparable to those from multialkali and InGaAs photomultiplier tubes. In addition, 3D NIR-II CLSM is also conducted for in vivo imaging of the vascular structure in mouse ear and subcutaneous tumors. To the best of authors' knowledge, this is the first time that a low-cost detector based on a SiPM has been used for microscopic imaging of trailing fluorescence signals in the NIR-II region of an NIR fluorescent probe.

BACKGROUND: Sepsis still remains a major challenge in intensive care medicine with unacceptably high mortality among patients with septic shock. Due to current limitations of human CD19+CD24hiCD38hi Breg cells (Bregs) studies among sepsis, here, we tried to evaluate Bregs in severity and prognostic value in patients with sepsis. METHODS: Peripheral blood from 58 patients with sepsis and 22 healthy controls was analyzed using flow cytometry to evaluate the frequency and number of Bregs. All cases were divided into non-survived or survived group after 28 days followed up. Spearman's correlation analysis was performed on Bregs frequency and clinical indices. The area under the curve was acquired using the receiver operating characteristic analysis to assess the sensitivity and specificity of Bregs for outcome of sepsis. Survival curve analysis and binary logistic regression were applied to estimate the value of Bregs in prognosis among cases with sepsis. RESULTS: Sepsis patients had decreased proportions and number of Bregs. Sepsis patients with low frequency of Bregs were associated with an increased risk of septic shock. Bregs frequency is inversely associated with lactate, SOFA, and APACHE II and positively correlated with Tregs frequency. Low levels of Bregs closely correlated with septic outcomes. Numbers of Bregs were prediction factors for poor prognosis. CONCLUSIONS: Frequency and number of Bregs decreased, and Bregs deficiency revealed poor prognosis in patients with sepsis.

ABSTRACT

With the invention of the COVID-19 vaccine, shipping and distributing are crucial in controlling the pandemic. In this paper, we build a mean-field variational problem in a spatial domain, which controls the propagation of pandemics by the optimal transportation strategy of vaccine distribution. Here, we integrate the vaccine distribution into the mean-field SIR model designed in Lee W, Liu S, Tembine H, Li W, Osher S (2020) Controlling propagation of epidemics via mean-field games. arXiv preprint arXiv:2006.01249. Numerical examples demonstrate that the proposed model provides practical strategies for vaccine distribution in a spatial domain.

ABSTRACT

Fe3O4 supplementation has been reported as a high-efficient approach to enhance biogas production in anaerobic digestion (AD). Volatile fatty acids (VFAs), especially acetic acid (HAc), are considered as important products in acidification process of AD. However, the possible mechanisms involved in promotion effect of Fe3O4 on HAc production in hydrolysis and acidification processes of AD have not been comprehensively studied. This study first investigated the promotion effect of Fe3O4 on hydrolysis, acidogenesis and acetogenesis stages of AD and proposed the underlying mechanisms, using food waste (FW) as the feedstock, which is considered as the most suitable substrate for VFAs production. Results indicated that the HAc production (77.38 g-C/kg-VS) was enhanced by 79 % in AD of FW with addition of 10 g/L Fe3O4. The duration to reach the maximum HAc production was also shortened from 14 days to 10 days. The AD tests using model substrates revealed that Fe3O4 enhanced hydrolysis, acidogenesis, and degradation of propionic acid, thus resulting in enhanced HAc production. The enhanced activities of hydrolytic and acid-forming enzymes, and electron transport system (ETS) with Fe3O4 addition further demonstrated its function as an electron acceptor to stimulate electron transfer and accelerate microbial metabolisms in AD, which contributed to the enhanced HAc production from FW.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to explore the impact mechanism of the new dimension of entrepreneurship on the innovation performance of enterprises in the context of digital transformation. The relationship between entrepreneurship and enterprise innovation performance is studied in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and other high-tech enterprises represented by innovative companies. Firstly, the correlation hypothesis between variables is proposed through the induction and summary of relevant data and academic achievements. Statistical data is collected by means of a questionnaire survey. The content of the questionnaire includes three dimensions: 1. collective innovation, risk-taking, and integrity; 2. the survival performance and growth performance of new ventures; 3. basic information about the enterprise, such as the size, age, type, and classification of different Internet and the location. Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) and Advanced Mortar System (AMOS) statistical software are used to carry out statistical and correlation analyses of the valid questionnaires. Finally, the proposed hypothesis is verified through regression analysis. To sum up, the main conclusions are: the correlation coefficients between innovative spirit, adventurous spirit, integrity, and enterprise survival performance are 0.401, 0.426, and 0.393, respectively, which are positive correlations. The correlation coefficients between innovative spirit, adventurous spirit, integrity, and enterprise survival performance are 0.434, 0.367, and 0.536, respectively, and there is a significant and positive correlation. It shows that entrepreneurship and its three dimensions have a significant positive impact on enterprise entrepreneurial performance. The research examines the logical relationship and influence mechanism between the entrepreneurial spirit of entrepreneurs and the innovation performance of enterprises, which has a certain guiding role in the management practice of innovative enterprises in China.

BACKGROUND: The role of B cell subsets remained to be elucidated in a variety of immune diseases, though which was used as an effective biomarker for anti-inflammatory or antiviral response. This study aimed to evaluate the early changes of B cell subtypes distribution in elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia (CAP), as well as the association between B cell subtypes and prognosis. METHODS: This prospective study included elderly patients with CAP, severe CAP (sCAP) and healthy elderly subjects between April 2016 and March 2018. Flow cytometry was used to detect CD3, CD20, HLA-DR, CD24, CD27, CD38, IgM, and IgD. CD20+ B cells were further divided into naïve B cells (Bn), IgM/D+ memory B cells (IgM+ Bm), switched B cells (SwB), and transitional B cells (Btr). RESULTS: A total of 22 healthy controls, 87 patients with CAP and 58 patients with sCAP were included in the study. Compared to CAP, sCAP was characterized by significantly lower absolute number of B cells, Bn and Btr, significantly lower Btr and Bn subset percentage, while percentage of IgM+ Bm was significantly higher. Heat map showed Bn and Btr on day 3 and day 7 was negatively correlated with activated partial prothrombin time (APTT), international normalized ratio (INR), sequential organ failure assessment score (SOFA) and Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II (APACHE II). After 28-day follow-up, Btr percentage in survival group was significantly higher. Receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve analysis found that Btr count showed sensitivity of 48.6% and specificity of 87.0% for predicting the 28-day survival, with an area under the ROC curves of 0.689 (p = 0.019). CONCLUSIONS: Severity and prognosis of CAP in elderly people is accompanied by changes in the B cell subsets. Btr subsets could play prognostic role for a short-term mortality of elderly CAP patients.

ABSTRACT

Neural networks (NNs) are effective machine learning models that require significant hardware and energy consumption in their computing process. To implement NNs, stochastic computing (SC) has been proposed to achieve a tradeoff between hardware efficiency and computing performance. In an SC NN, hardware requirements and power consumption are significantly reduced by moderately sacrificing the inference accuracy and computation speed. With recent developments in SC techniques, however, the performance of SC NNs has substantially been improved, making it comparable with conventional binary designs yet by utilizing less hardware. In this article, we begin with the design of a basic SC neuron and then survey different types of SC NNs, including multilayer perceptrons, deep belief networks, convolutional NNs, and recurrent NNs. Recent progress in SC designs that further improve the hardware efficiency and performance of NNs is subsequently discussed. The generality and versatility of SC NNs are illustrated for both the training and inference processes. Finally, the advantages and challenges of SC NNs are discussed with respect to binary counterparts.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To explore expression of ß-catenin and NF-κB signaling pathway in synovial tissue of rats with different degrees of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). METHODS: Forty-eight SPF male rats weighed (200±20) g were randomly divided into three groups, namely model group (32 rats), sham operation group (8 rats) and control group (8 rats). KOA model rats were established by Hulth method, and 8 rats were killed at 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks respectively after modeling, in order to establish KOA model rats with moderate, early, mild and severe degree. Sham operation group was only cut off capsule of knee joint and suture to exclude interference factor, control group was untreated. Behavior, synovial hyperplasia and cartilage degeneration of rats among each group were observed. Expression of NF-κB and signaling pathway and ß-catenin in synovial tissue of rats were detected by real-time PCR. RESULTS: KOA rat model was successfully established, and synovial hyperplasia was observed in KOA model at mild and early degree, and then gradually decreased; while cartilage degeneration in the early moderate and severe KOA model was significantly expressed, and gradually aggravated with time. The results of PCR showed that expression of ß-catenin in 4-week group (8.57±0.46) and 8-week group (4.23±0.09) were higher than those in control group (P<0.05); expression of TLR-2 in 2-week group (12.04±4.02) and 4-week group (8.54±2.13) were higher than those in control group(P<0.05), and TLR-4 in 2-week group(5.04±0.93), 4-week group (3.29±0.58) and 8-week group (1.63±0.12) were higher than those in control group; expression of NF-κB was significantly higher in 2-week group (10.15±2.04), 4-week group (15.97±4.17), 8-week group (7.69±1.48) and 12-week group (6.70±1.58) than that in control group (P<0.05), and expression of IL-1ß was significantly higher in 4-week group (2.79±0.25) and 8-week group (2.46±0.32) than that of control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: On the RNA expression level, both of ß-catenin and NF-κB signaling pathways are involved in synovial inflammation in KOA model rats, and they play a regulatory role in expression of IL-1ß, degeneration of KOA.

OBJECTIVE: To compare the correlation between musculoskeletal ultrasound features, dysfunction and X-ray findings in patients with knee osteoarthritis, and to analyze the pathological mechanism of soft tissue inflammation in knee osteoarthritis. METHODS: Cross-sectional method was performed in this research (Evidence level: III). The patients with knee osteoarthritis were collected according to the screening criteria from September 2016 to January 2017 in Orthopedic clinic in our hospital. Musculoskeletal ultrasound and X-ray images were obtained and measured, knee function was measured by Lysholm scale. Pearson coefficient, t test and Wilcoxon were applied to analyze the correlation between soft tissue inflammation, knee dysfunction and X-ray features. RESULTS: Total 123 patients with knee osteoarthritis were recruited in this research. Soft tissue inflammation around knee had a high incidence in patients with knee osteoarthritis (infrapatellar fat pad inflammation 81%), and the synovial membrane thickness, joint effusion depth and meniscus bulging were beyond the normal range. Correlation analysis showed that the about Lysholm score and joint effusion depth had negative correlations with "Squat" score(r=-0.21, P=0.02). and Medial meniscus bulging had negative correlations with "Sustain" score(r=-0.26, P<0.01) and Lysholm total score (r=-0.19, P=0.04). Lateral meniscus bulging had a negative correlation with "Unstable" score (r=-0.22, P=0.02). The X-ray features, and medial joint space narrow had negative correlations with joint effusion depth(r=-0.27, P<0.01) and synovial membrane thickness(r=-0.17, P=0.007), and had a positive correlation with medial meniscus bulging. Medial joint space narrow was significantly correlated with patellar ligament inflammation and fat pad inflammation(P<0.05). Lateral joint space narrow was significantly correlated with patellar ligament inflammation(P=0.02). CONCLUSIONS: Soft tissue inflammation around the knee-a major pathological manifestation of knee osteoarthritis, has significant correlations with knee dysfunction and bony structure lesions, and affects the progression of knee osteoarthritis by damaging knee joint function and promoting the destruction of articular cartilage.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To investigate expression features and correlation of genes expression on MyD88-dependent signaling pathway in synovial membrane (SM) of progression of knee osteoarthritis (OA). METHODS: Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, including blank group (N), false surgical group, model groups[2 weeks (2W), 4 weeks (4W), 8 weeks (8W) and 12 weeks (12W)], with 10 rats in each group. The models were established by using Hulth method. Control group was experienced no surgery, while false surgical group was only opened joint cavity and sutured. The SM samples was collected according to the time designed above. The relative expression quantity of MyD88, TLR4 and NF-κB was detected by Real-time PCR after the extraction of the total RNA and reverse transcription. The correlation analysis was obtained by SPSS. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in each gene mRNA expression between false surgical and blank group(P> 0.05), while enhanced expression was found in the model groups(P<0.05). The correlation index among MyD88, TLR4 and NF-κB was 0.91 and 0.86 respectively, and had significant difference among them. CONCLUSIONS: Positively relative among MyD88, TLR4 and NF-κB played main role in TLR4/NF-κB signal passway, and could predicate the expression of other genes in the passway. It also could further provide the basis for clarify the pathologic mechanism of knee OA.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical effect of squeezing and clapping bone setting manipulation in treating the postpartum pubis symphysis separation. METHODS: From June 2015 to March 2017, 80 patients with postpartum pubic symphysis separation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 patients in each group. In treatment group, the patients' reproductive age ranged from 26 to 40 years old with an average of (30.61±5.94) years old and the neonatal weight ranged from 3.2 to 4.52 kg with an average of (3.59±0.13) kg. In control group, patients' reproductive age ranged from 22 to 37 years old with an average age of (27.51±4.57) years old and the neonatal weight ranged from 3 to 5.8 kg with an average of (3.81±0.63) kg. The patients in the treatment group were treated with the squeezing and clapping manipulation, once a week for 3 weeks. The patients in the control group were treated with pelvic bandage immobilization, and the immobilization of the pelvis was not less than 8 hours per day, 3 weeks for 1 course. The VAS pain score, Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI) and separation distance of pubis were clinical observed and evaluated on the first day of treatment, 1, 2, 3 weeks and 1 months after treatment. RESULTS: The pubic symphysis VAS score was compared with that before treatment, in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant at 1 week(P=0.013); the difference was statistically significant in the control group for 1 month (P=0.042). The two groups were less than those of the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The ODI score was compared with that before the treatment, in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant at 1 week (P=0.009), the difference was statistically significant in the control group for 1 month(P=0.013), the two groups were less than those before treatment(P<0.05). The pubic symphysis distance was compared with that before treatment, the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.05), there was no significant difference in the control group after treatment (P>0.05), the two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant at first weeks(P=0.042) and third weeks (P=0.005). CONCLUSIONS: The "squeezing and clapping" manipulation can quickly restore the distance between pubic symphysis separation, relieve local pain and improve lumbosacral function, and is better than pelvic bandage fixation treatment.
