ABSTRACT
Planejamento e a comunicação eficiente são condições para a prestação de serviços de saúde com qualidade à população. Este estudo objetivou avaliar a percepção dos Agentes de Combate às Endemias (ACE) sobre estes aspectos nos setores da Vigilância em Saúde da Secretaria de Saúde do município de Chapecó, SC. Foi utilizado um questionário semiestruturado e os dados foram analisados através do agrupamento das frequências. Destaca-se que, 61% dos ACE afirmam que o planejamento não é participativo e 28% relatam que não recebem informações internas quanto ao seu serviço. Observou-se a necessidade de se buscar estratégias para qualificar o planejamento e a comunicação interna nos setores em que os ACE atuam.
The planning and effective communication are conditions for the provision of health services with quality to the population. This study aimed to evaluate the perception of Agentes de Combate às Endemias (ACE) on these aspects in the areas of Health Surveillance of the Health Department of the municipality of Chapecó, SC. A semi-structured questionnaire was used and the data were analyzed by grouping the frequency. It was verified that 61% of ACE claim that planning is not participatory and 28% reported not receiving inside information about their service. There was the need to seek strategies to qualify planning and internal communication in the sectors in which the ACE act.
