[The choice of surgical tactics in incarcerated postoperative abdominal hernias].

The results of surgical treatment of 82 patients, suffering incarcerated postoperative abdominal hernia, were analyzed. Optimal surgical tactics, depending on presence of the risk factors for postoperative complications occurrence, was proposed. The choice of operative method in patients with different operative risk, was substantiated.
