ABSTRACT
Hemicrania continua (HC) is a primary chronic headache disorder characterised with a broad range of autonomic symptoms. In this case report a 29-year-old patient was bothered by appearance of a unilateral sharp pain located behind the right eye at the same spot where the headache usually was located. He was diagnosed with HC and treated with indomethacin with good effect. However, due to discomfort and hanging eyelids he underwent bilateral blepharoplasty, and the headache and pain resolved completely.
