Trastorno por Estrés Postraumático en víctimas de violación sexual / Posttraumatic Stress Disorder on Rape Victims

A través del método histórico se realiza un análisis de las principales tendencias en los últimos años en el mundo y en nuestro país respecto al Trastorno por estrés postraumático en mujeres víctimas de violación sexual, se muestran los factores sociales que condicionan los hechos en la nación de manera general y en nuestra provincia en particular(AU)

The main and the latest trends in the world and in Cuba regarding Posttraumatic Stress Disorder in female victims of rape, as well as the social factors that determine the general facts all over the nation and particularly in Pinar del Rio were analyzed using the historical method(AU)

Evaluación de la efectividad del empleo de un programa integral de intervención psicoterapéutico en víctimas de violación sexual diagnosticadas con trastorno por estrés postraumático / Analysis of the effective use of an integral program for psychotherapeutic intervention on rape victims with post-traumatic stress

Se realiza una investigación con el objetivo de evaluar la efectividad del empleo de un programa integral de intervención psicoterapéutico en mujeres víctimas de violación sexual diagnosticadas con TEPT para lo cual se estudian 32 de ellas las cuales se dividen por igual y se forma un grupo que recibe el tratamiento experimental y el otro no. Se utilizaron pruebas estadísticas paramétricas como el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson y el test t de student. Se realizaron también análisis estadísticos no paramétricos como la prueba de Chi cuadrado. Los coeficientes de correlación por rangos ordenados de Spearman y Kendall también se utilizaron al igual que el cálculo de coeficiente de confiabilidad alfa- Cronbach. Los resultados fueron llevados a tablas de contingencia, se realizó el análisis de los resultados y se concluye que el cambio cualitativo y superior que se produce en las víctimas se comprueba de manera estadística(AU)

A research was carried aimed at assessing the effectiveness of employment from a comprehensive program of psychotherapeutic intervention with female victims of rape diagnosed with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PSD); 32 women were included in the study dividing them equally to form two groups, one receiving the experimental treatment and the other without it. To perform the statistical analysis the parametric tests of Pearsons coefficient of correlation and students t test were used; as well as chi square test to perform the non-parametric analysis. Kendall´s and Spearman´s correlation coefficient were also considered as Cronbach's alpha test of coefficient of reliability to conduct the calculation. Results were expressed in contingency tables and analyzed. Concluding that, the qualitative change in victims of rape was statistically proved(AU)
