ABSTRACT

Se realizó una actividad tutorial con alumnos del último curso de la carrera de farmacia de la Universidad Católica de Córdoba con el objetivo de sensibilizarlos y acompañarlos en el seguimiento fármaco terapéutico de pacientes, iniciarlos en relaciones con otros agentes de salud: paciente y médicos, y revalorizando el rol del farmacéutico. Los alumnos seleccionaron pacientes que utilizaran medicamentos, ofrecieron el servicio y realizaron el estudio según las recomendaciones del Consenso de Granada. Identificaron problemas de salud, problemas relacionados con los medicamentos y en algunos casos propusieron soluciones. Integraron en sus equipos de trabajos a pacientes y médicos como agentes de salud. Se reconocieron como expertos en medicamentos y valorizaron su futura profesión (AU)


A tutorial activity was carried out with students of the last course of the pharmacy career of the Catholic University of Córdoba. Objectives: sensitizing and accompanying them in patients pharmaco-therapeutic follow-up, beginning them in relationships with other agents of health: patient and physicians, revaluing the pharmacist's position. Patients under treatment with drugs were selected by the students, offering them pharmaceutical care services Later on, a study was carried out according to the recommendations of the Granade Council They identified problems of health, problems related with the medications and in some cases they proposed solutions. Patients and physicians were integrated by the students in workshops as agents of health The student recognized themselves as drug experts and valorized their future professions (AU)
