ABSTRACT
Para conducir exitosamente el proceso docente - educativo el profesor debe definir el problema, los principios a tomar en cuenta y las normas qué ha de seguir para lograr los resultados esperados. Los principios didácticos, junto con las reglas, son para los profesores una guía segura para la acción. Por lo anterior se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sobre los principios didácticos: conceptos, características y aplicación en el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje de ciencias médicas(AU)
In order to get a successfully educational process the professor must defined the problem; the principles to take into account and the norms it must fallow to guide the prospective results. The didactic principles, together with the rules are, for the professors, a sure guide for the action. For that reason, it was carried out a bibliographical revision on the didactic principles: concepts, characteristic and application in the learning - teaching process of medical sciences(AU)

En el trabajo se hace una propuesta de Programa para la asignatura Otorrinolaringología para la formación del médico general integral que cumple con las exigencias del profesiograma. El nuevo Programa que se impartirá en quinto año de la carrera de Ciencias Médicas, tiene un carácter generalista, científico, flexible, integrador y humanista. Con una cantidad de cuarenta horas lectivas en cada una de las tres semanas programadas. Para desarrollar un conjunto de tareas a través de acciones preparadoras del estudiantado en un sentir otorrinolaringológico, así facultarlos en esta ciencia para solucionar los problemas profesionales que enfrentarán en su practica social. El Programa propone un tratamiento Metodológico destinado a los docentes, orientado al cumplimiento de los objetivos del plan de estudios(AU)
The work a proposal of Program is made for the subject Otorrinolaringología for the integral general doctor's formation that fulfills the demands of the profesiograma. The new Program that it will be imparted in fifth year of the career of Medical Sciences, has a character generalista, scientific, flexible, integrative and humanist. With a quantity of forty hours lectivas in each one of the three programmed weeks. To develop a group of tasks through actions coaches of the student body in a to feel otorrinolaringológico, this way to authorize them in this science to solve the professional problems that will face in their he/she practices social.
