ABSTRACT
El presente artículo, apoyado en el proyecto de investigación, Trabajo Social con Familias en el campo socio jurídico, pretende dar cuenta de las problemáticas derivadas de las formas que asume la práctica profesional. Basándonos en el enfoque sartreano sobre la dialéctica de lo objetivo y subjetivo, se presentan ordenadas, a los efectos de exposición y análisis, ciertos tipos de práctica profesional encontradas en el campo socio-jurídico relativo a familia. Los hallazgos demuestran la necesidad de una revisión profunda de la profesión sobre sí misma, algo que aún es un debe en el Trabajo Social uruguayo.
This paper, supported by the research project, Social Work with Families in the socio legal field, seeks to explain the problems arising from the shaping of the professional practice. Based on the Sartrean approach on the dialectic of the objective and subjective, are ordered, for the purposes of discussion and analysis, certain types of practice found in the socio-legal field on family. The findings demonstrate the need for a thorough review of the profession to itself, which is still a must in the Uruguayan Social Work.
