ABSTRACT

The article presents the issue of organizing medical care to patients with sexually transmitted diseases: There were developed and proposed into practical health care system indices for evaluating organization of rendering medical care. The theory of imitation modeling and mass service was proposed to calculate necessary bedspace that can optimize specialized medical care expenditure.

ABSTRACT

The article is devoted to the problem of the health care delivery to patients with chlamydiosis of the urogenital system. A comparative study was made of the cost of the course of treatment of chlamydiosis with different antibiotics. These included fluorochinolons cyprobai (Bayer), cyprinol (KRKA), ophloxin (Lechiva) and macrolids clacid (Sanofi-Synthelabo), phromilid (KRKA) and rovamycin (Rhone-Poulenc-Rorer). Economic expediency is proved of employment of cyprinol (KRKA) and phrolimid (KRKA), which fact is related to a high drugs clinical efficiency, quality of these drugs and optimum pricing policy carried on by the KRKA company on the market of Ukraine.

ABSTRACT

The article is devoted to the study of scientific-and-practical researches carried out in the field of management, organization, and marketing of medical care provided to patients presenting with infections transmitted through sexual contacts. The conducted investigations proved to be of current concern as evidenced by the analysis of the relevant literature now available, based on which analysis major lines of further research have been outlined, that include problems of marketing, process, strategic management and planning of activities of the health system in the face of the impact of the external conditions and within the framework of the market economy existing in the country.

ABSTRACT

The article is devoted to problems of rational information insurance of the practical health care system. The most rational ways are defined for dissemination among physicians of information about different aspects of the profile medical care delivery to patients with infections caught by sexual intercourse or genital contact. Rating of different sources of information has been formed, with optimum patterns of information supplies delinated. Based on the analysis of the medical care delivery system, the most characteristic shortcomings of those information sources having received the worst rating are presented together with merits of those sources of obtaining information to have received a good rating.
