Sensitivity of T-lymphocytes to different immuno-correcting drug preparations was studied in 183 individuals. Of these, 82 were always ailing children who ranged from 2 to 15 years old. Differences were disclosed in the individual sensitivity of in vitro T-lymphocytes, related to age and condition of the immunoregulatory index. The secured results should be taken account of in prescription of immuno-correcting preparations.

[Seasonal fluctuations in the immunological reactivity of frequently ill children]. / Sezonnye kolebaniia immunologicheskoi reaktivnosti u chasto boleiushchikh detei.

We undertook the present study to gain insights into the state of immunologic and biologic reactivity in an inter-relapse period in those children often falling ill with reference to a particular season of the year. As many as 59 children aged 1-7 who were often taken ill were kept under medical supervision. The assessment of the immunological status was performed by I and II level tests, as per the WHO N 3 memorandum (1980) in an inter-relapse period. Both relative and absolute parameters associated with cellular and humoral immunity were studied. The studies made revealed significant fluctuations in the immunity indices with a season of the year in those children often falling ill, the greatest changes recordable in spring, which fact is to be considered in instituting rehabilitative measures.
