ABSTRACT
Se presentó una revisión bibliográfica, dirigida fundamentalmente a los médicos de la familia, sobre algunos aspectos de la enfermedad Celiaca, patología poco conocida que se presenta de forma típica, y atípica con mayor recurrencia, en la cual se debe pensar ante las diversas maneras que tiene de manifestarse. Se incluyó una breve reseña histórica, la fisiopatología, el cuadro clínico, el diagnóstico y las posibilidades terapéuticas actuales, profundizando en los aspectos preventivos que realiza el médico de la familia y en el apoyo imprescindible del Estado y de la sociedad(AU)
A bibliographical revision was shown , directed fundamentally to the family doctors , on some aspects of the Celiac disease, a non well-known pathology that appears of typical way, and little atypical with greater recurrence, about which it is due to think before the diverse ways that it has to appear. A brief historical review was included, the physiopathology, the clinical features, the diagnosis and the present therapeutic possibilities, deepening in the preventive aspects done by the family doctor and in the essential support of the State and the society(AU)
