ABSTRACT
A 14-year-old girl was operated on for an ovarian tumour, the size of a human head, which was twisted, necrotic, and ruptured. The histopathologic finding was chorionepithelioma et dysgerminoma ovarii. The girl died two months and a half after the onset of the first complaints. The case is presented with all relevant details.
