ABSTRACT
O artigo tem como objetivo investigar e problematizar, por meio de lentes de leitura da interpretação jurídica, os pontos da reforma trabalhista que podem afetar e fragilizar o direito social ao lazer. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa baseada em análises de documentos e legislações pertinentes à temática. Apoia-se na perspectiva da triangulação de teorias utilizando de maneira complementar a interpretação seletiva e a abordagem zetética. Afere-se que a reforma trabalhista, ancorada na lógica gerencial, que aprofunda a precarização e a intensificação do trabalho, reforça a degradação das outras esferas da vida para além da própria atividade laboral. Desse modo, agrava a fragilização do direito social ao lazer e corrobora a precarização desse fenômeno.
The purpose of this article is to investigate and problematize, through legal interpretation's theories, the points of the labor reform that affects and weaken the social right to leisure. This is a qualitative research based on analyzes of documents and legislation pertinent to the theme. It is based on triangulation of theories' perspective using in a complementary way the selective interpretation and the zétetic approach. It is assessed that the labor reform, anchored in managerial logic, which deepens the precariousness and intensification of work, reinforces the degradation of the other spheres of life beyond the work itself. In this way, it aggravates the weakening of the social right to leisure and corroborates the precariousness of this phenomenon.

O ano de 2014 foi marcado, no Brasil, pela ocorrência da Copa do Mundo, que teve como sede 12 cidades brasileiras e como subsedes algumas outras que receberam seleções nacionais para se hospedarem e treinarem durante o evento, que durou, aproximadamente, um mês. O presente artigo apresenta investigações e análises sobre relações entre as instituições escola e esporte em momento de megaevento esportivo em solo brasileiro. O estudo das instituições e suas legitimações, e suas formas de consolidação na sociedade, embasam as análises e investigações de alguns impactos da Copa do Mundo de 2014 na educação pública brasileira. O objetivo do artigo, portanto, é refletir sobre as relações entre escola e esporte com base em projetos que tematizaram a Copa do Mundo em uma rede municipal de educação em 2014 no Brasil. A pesquisa, qualitativa, foi realizada por meio da análise de documentos públicos e comunicados oficiais direcionados às escolas de uma cidade do interior de São Paulo durante 2014, o que é denominado de pesquisa documental; e, da pesquisa de campo, que possibilitou a vivência da realidade em relação aos projetos para além dos documentos (implementação, recepção, desenvolvimento). Constatou-se a presença de projetos destinados à educação que tematizavam o megaevento, explicitando a relação entre as instituições esporte e escola. Foi possível perceber as maneiras que as/os professoras/es são localizadas/os em meio à elaboração, desenvolvimento e resultados dos projetos anunciados. E que a iniciativa em apresentar projetos com a temática para as unidades educacionais, advindas da prefeitura, era mais importante do que o desenvolvimento real desses mesmos projetos....(AU)
The year of 2014 was marked in Brazil by the occurrence of The World Cup, that had 12 Brazilian host cities and anothers as home city to the participating teams (for training too). Its duration was about one month. This article presents investigations and analysis about relations between school and sport institutions during an sport megaevent in Brazil. The study of the institutions and their legitimations, and the ways of their society consolidation bases the analysis and the investigations of some impacts of the 2014 World Cup in the Brazilian public education. This article´s goal is to think about the relations between school and sport by projects that had The World Cup as theme in a municipal net of teaching in 2014 in Brazil. The research is qualitative and was realized by the analysis of public documents and official communications to the schools of an interior city of São Paulo during 2014, what means documental research. And a field research, that enables see the reality about the projects beyond the documents (implementation, reception, development). It found the presence of education projects that had the mega event as a theme, explaining the relation between the school institution and the sport institution. Was possible learn the ways teachers are localized in the elaboration, development e results of the announced projects. The initiative of presents projects with that theme for the schools was more important than the real development of them....(AU)
