ABSTRACT

The theoretical approach of the determination of the regulatory peptides (RP) membrane activity is developed. The realised calculations are evidence of possibility of the theoretical determination of the RP characteristics, which indicate their membrane active properties and allow to determine their probable location in the membrane matrix.

ABSTRACT

Role of lipid matrix of target cell plasma membrane in the process of regulatory peptides information message has been considered. The calculation of information quantity of regulatory peptide molecule in solution and excess coefficient at peptide transition from extracellular volume to membrane surface have been carried out. Possible ways of using of excessing for regulatory peptides receptors information by lipid matrix have been proposed.

ABSTRACT

It was determined that vasopressin has surface active properties and in nanomolic concentrations is capable to incorporate in lipoprotein monolayers which are formed from myocytes plasma membranes. By means of pH-metric and fluorescent analysis it was shown that vasopressin interacts with other membrane structures which have no specific receptors--phosphatidylcholinic liposomes and vesicles of sarcoplasmic reticulum of skeletal muscles causing increasing permeability of phospholipid bilayer for Ca2+ ions.

ABSTRACT

The authors studied the interaction of bradykinin and aminoacids which are in its molecule composition with lipid monolayers. It is supposed that the primary process of bradykinin bounding with plasmatic membrane of the effector cells is the peptide interaction with membrane lipid matrix.
