ABSTRACT
Esta investigación se confeccionó con el objetivo de contribuir a la realización de diagnósticos certeros de Urticaria Pigmentosa, una de las formas clínicas más frecuentes de Mastocitosis. La muestra es intencional, representada por una paciente preescolar. Se efectuó entre abril del 2004 hasta abril del 2006, en la Consulta de Inmunología del Hospital Pediátrico General Milanés, de Bayamo, Granma. Se empleó el método clínico apoyado en técnicas de laboratorio, así como consultas a fuentes de informaciones primarias y secundarias. El tipo de investigación es retrospectiva transversal. Entre los resultados más relevantes se encuentra la aparición de manchas muy claras en ambas mejillas de color café con leche, que luego se extendieron a otras partes del cuerpo. A manera de conclusión la paciente de edad preescolar fue diagnosticada con Urticaria Pigmentosa, ya que se apreciaron los aspectos más importantes de esta rara afección como: tiempo de aparición, evolución de los síntomas, así como los resultados en biopsia de piel.(AU)
This research was fulfilled with the objective to contribute with the development of certain diagnosis of pigmentosa urticaria, one of the most frequent clinical ways of mastocytosis. The sample was intencionally taken and represented by a high school patient. It was carried out since april 2004 to april 2006 in the Immunology Office from General Milanes Pediatric Hospital in Bayamo, Granma. The clinical method was applied supported in laboratory techniques, as well as the consultation to primary and secondary information sources. The kind of investigation is transversal retrospective. Among the most relevant results it can be found the appearance of clear spots in both cheeks that were leter on spread all over the body to conclude, the patient diagnosis was pigmentosa urticaria because there were evidenced the most important aspects of this weird afection, such as time of appearance, symptoms evolution and the results of the skin biopsy.(EU)
