ABSTRACT
The information for the study was collected from 560 randomly selected school teenagers. The study concludes that the majority (96.6 percent) have some knowledge about HIV infection/AIDS; however this knowledge is mostly medium (67.1 percent). Data reveals that messages on HIV transmission have been reaching target groups but needs intensification. The results also reveal that the majority of school teenagers are scared of AIDS and accept the use of condoms as a means of preventing transmission
