ABSTRACT
One case of aortoesophageal fistula is presented. This pathology is rare: most of aortoenteric fistulas are in the duodenojujunum. Clinical presentation is rarely as clear as the Chiari triad describes it: mild thoracic pain, sentinel arterial hemorrhage and exsanguination. Esophagoscopy, computed tomography and arteriography are helpful for diagnosis. Issue is fatal without surgery but patients are often too old to tolerate it.

The normal pharyngeal bursa can be projected in the supero-posterior aspect of the nasopharynx near the lower end of the pharyngeal tonsil. If the orifice became occluded, a pseudotumoral cyst, known as Thornwald's cyst or disease, may develop.

The authors describe two personnel observations of ileal carcinoid tumors, demonstrated by double contrast small bowel examination. Confirmation came from operation and histology. Small bowel examination can demonstrate limited carcinoid tumors giving no angiographic traduction.

The authors report 7 cases of Meckel's diverticulum on a series of 500 double contrast small bowel enema (1,4%). In two cases, the diverticulum is not recognized by repletion study. So, they find that the double contrast small bowel enema is the most accurate method to detect a Meckel's diverticulum.
