In experiment on 50 white Wistar male rats, total laser radiation was assessed as regards its effect on bone marrow structure and cells migration into the blood and small intestinal mucosa. The unit "ILGI-101" was used on the basis of copper laser for a single radiation procedure. As shown by light and electron microscopy, morphometry, copper laser single total irradiation causes material changes in the bone marrow and peripheral blood of rats. These were most pronounced 1 hour after the irradiation and depended on the cell migration into the small intestinal stroma. 24 hours after the procedure morphological structure of intestinal bone marrow showed a tendency to normalization.

It was investigated the influence of low intensive irradiation by the copper++ vapor laser (lambda-510.6 nm) on the glandulocytes of gastric mucosa of 28 white rats. The doses of endogastric irradiation were 6.78, 20.34 and 33.90 J/cm2. It has been shown that after irradiation of gastric mucosa with the copper++ vapor laser the microrelief and ultrastructure of glandulocytes changes testified to stimulation of specific secret function. This changes took place under irradiation doses from 6.78 to 20.34 J/cm2. The doses exceeded 20.34 J/cm2 caused the alterations of the epitheliocytes. Thus it is necessary to take into account that during laser therapy of the ulcers with copper++ vapor laser, doses of 20.34 J/cm2 caused the alterative effect on the epitheliocytes.

Effect of complex influence of subdiaphragmal vagotomy (VT) and experimental chronic gastric ulcers (GU) thrice-repeated radiation with helium-neon laser (HNL) on mucosal morphology and relative membrane microflora (MM) volume has been studied with the methods of transmission electron and light microscopy in 77 Wistar rats. Observed MM relative volume increase in GU and VT decreases with GU HNL radiation. This is due to fundal glands epitheliocytes "disregenerative" alterations decrease.

Effect of various doses of low-tense laser irradiation on proliferative and functional morphology of fundal gastric epitheliocytes in rats was studied by endogastric irradiation with the methods of histochemistry, autoradiography, transmission and scanning electron microscopy. It was shown that laser irradiation effect varied with its dose and was spread on gastric mucosa lying at the site of direct influence. The doses of irradiation that had no alternative effect induced reconstruction of epitheliocytes especially mucocytes indicating intensification of specific function in them, as well as an increase of proliferative activity.
