ABSTRACT
O presente trabalho teve como objetivo conhecer o estilo de vida e a saúde dos trabalhadores da Indústria Extrativa do Paraná e como eles vivenciam a Política Nacional de Saúde do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora. O estudo foi realizado a partir dos dados quantitativos coletados pelo Diagnóstico de Saúde e Estilo de Vida realizado pelo Serviço Social da Industria (SESI), nos anos2010 e 2014, e da análise qualitativa de dados produzidos, em 2016, de entrevistas semiestruturadas individuais com trabalhadores de uma indústria extrativa localizada na Região Metropolitana de Curitiba. O estilo de vida e saúde foi pesquisado nos seguintes fatores: no relato de doenças crônicas e do risco para doenças crônicas; no relato do dia de trabalho e dos cuidados com prevenção à saúde. Encontrou-se indicadores desfavoráveis à saúde maiores do que os de todos os trabalhadores do Paraná e do Brasil e verificou-se que os trabalhadores entrevistados não têm acesso a Política Nacional de Saúde do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora (Portaria Nº 1.823,2012) e não participam como membros da comunidade e do controle social da política de saúde. O único serviço de saúde que vivenciam são os oferecidos nos exames periódicos descritos na Norma Regulamentadora (NR) 7 da Lei Nº 6.514 e oferecidos pelas empresas em que trabalham.(AU)
This study aimed to know the lifestyle and health of workers in Paraná Extractive Industry and how they experience the National Health Policy for Workers. The study was carried out based on the quantitative data collected by the Health and Lifestyle Survey conducted by the Social Service of Industry (SESI) in the years 2010 and 2014, and the qualitative analysis of data produced in 2016 from individual semi-structured interviews with workers of an extractive industry located in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba. The lifestyle and health were investigated in the following factors: chronic diseases and chronic diseases risk; reporting of the work day and health care. Unfavorable health indicators were found to be greater than those of all workers in Paraná and Brazil and it was found that workers interviewed did not have access to the National Worker Health Policy (Ordinance No. 1823, 2012) and did not participate as members of the community and social control of health policy. The only health services they experience are those offered in the periodic examinations described in NR 7 of Law No. 6,514 and offered by the company.(AU)
