ABSTRACT

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of trust in the institutions of socialization of children with disabilities. The role of such institutions of socialization of disabled children as family, education, healthcare, public organizations, and the media is analyzed. The analysis was based on the results of a sociological study conducted in May-June 2023 among family members raising disabled children (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Belgorod, Kursk). The study revealed significant differences in respondents' assessments of their trust in socialization institutions. It has been established that the media has become an outsider of trust. In the course of the analysis, the authors concluded that it is necessary to apply an integrated approach to the activities of institutions for the socialization of children with disabilities, which should be based on interdepartmental interaction «family - NGOs - authorities - healthcare, education - media - business¼. The proposed approach, according to the authors, ensures the effectiveness, targeting and transparency of activities.

ABSTRACT

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern approaches to the problem of the health of foreign students who are educational migrants and need medical care, taking into account their current social status and status in the territory of the Russian Federation. The undermining of health, significant psycho-emotional tension and, in general, worries about maintaining health can affect the learning process, therefore it is necessary to determine in whose area of responsibility the health of educational migrants is: whether they themselves are obliged to monitor their condition and organize medical care, whether the university should participate in the organization of medical commissions and examinations, or diasporas, whose members are often foreign students, may have these powers.

The fact of decreasing of medical profession prestige that occurs against the background of implementation of the state program "Zemstvo Doctor" was established. The overcoming of this situation is necessary to improve medical care quality in rural areas. The focusing on existing regional features of medical care support and taking into account characteristics of health of population are required. In this respect the key factor is the training of rural physicians to employ high-tech technologies, including digital simulation and telecommunications equipment. The relevance of the state program "Zemstvo Doctor" is obvious, but the medical education system has no official instructions concerning the need of correcting educational programs. The efficiency of changes applied to educational programs was determined by subjective assessment of the need and the clinical experience of physicians-lecturers who are involved in resolving scientific and practical problems of health care in rural areas.
