ABSTRACT
We describe a case of clinical signs of acute cholecystitis as a complication to genital Chlamydia infection. Transabdominal ultrasound and magnetic resonance-scanning were normal. Cholescintigraphy showed an obstruction of the ductus cysticus. The patient was treated with antibiotics and two weeks later was without symptoms.
