ABSTRACT

Qualitative indicators of dynamic hepato-biliary scintigraphy+ were studied before and after administration of cerucal in postcholecystectomy syndrome, determined by duodenogastric reflux (24 patients), dysfunction (21 patients) and stenosis of Oddi sphincter (17 patients) and in a control group (28 volunteers) without any complaints after cholecystectomy. A conclusion was made that dynamic hepato-biliary scintigraphy+ allowed quantitative estimation of duodenal reflux to be made and the dynamics of excretion of radiopharmagent before and after administration of cerucal may be an indicator of the functional state of the Oddi sphincter.

ABSTRACT

The results of examining the hematoophthalmic barrier permeability by radiometry and biotests with anterior chamber and vitreous humor are analyzed. Injection of the radiopharmaceutical into the vorticose veins provides the most effective pharmacokinetics, vs. suprachoroidal and subconjunctival injections. In toxis allergic uveitis the penetration of radiopharmaceuticals into the internal media of the eye (anterior chamber humor and vitreous body) is intensified, and dexason therapy of an inflammatory process in the vascular coating reduces this penetration.

ABSTRACT

In an acute experiment, performed in 10 dogs with application of radiological methods, zones of the vertebral part of the intercostal arteries reservoirs and extent of their anastomization with each other both in transversal and longitudinal directions have been stated. The vertebral part of the reservoir of each intercostal artery supplies with blood that half of the corresponding segment of the spinal column, which has the same name, and tissues around, and spreads to the adjoining caudal segment.
