ABSTRACT
The method for the determination of clozapine during chemical studies of cadaveric blood, urine, and liver (kidneys) has been developed based on the use of high performance liquid chromatography. Clozapine losses were estimated at 40-60% with the fractional uncertainty below 10-11% and the detection limit of 0.001 mg%. An algorithm for the estimation of the quality of clozapine isolation and the results of analysis of individual samples is proposed.

It was established, that clinical manifestation of acute dysentery caused by the polyagglutinable strain of Sonne shigellosis is characterized by acute onset of the disease, general toxic syndrome (high body temperature up mild pyrexia, chill, headache, low appetite) and in 6-24 hours followed by gastric indigestion resembling acute enterocolitis. In general, there have not been severe and lingering forms of the disease. Etiotropic and pathogenetic treatments are leading procedure in care of such patients.

The study of spatial organization of human cortical potentials with multichannel recording (48 leads) has shown, that different functional conditions of brain (quiet alertness, excitation after caffeine administration, intellectual strain, negative emotional shifts, inhibition after administration of neuroleptics) are accompanied by synchronization changes in the left and right hemispheres specific of each brain condition. Similar shifts may be recorded both in states similar by their phenomenological characteristics (after administration of caffeine and during intellectual strain) and during the opposite levels of alertness (emotional strain and administration of neuroleptics).
