ABSTRACT

The aim of the study was a comparative description and assessment of seasonal dynamics of organoleptic characteristics, degree of salinity and chemical composition of the water from some reservoirs in Uzbekistan. Organoleptic indices and parameters of salinity of water from Kattakurgansky reservoir in the spring and summer were established to be practically within the range of MPC. Indices of chemical composition of water of the Kattakurgan reservoir were below the upper limit of MPC. In water samples of Tuyamuyunsky reservoir organoleptic indices and parameters of water salinity in summer were higher than the MPC. Indices of the chemical composition of water in the summer time were below upper limits of the permissible level, there were noted reliable inter-seasonal differences on the content of chlorides and sulfates. Organoleptic indices and the degree of mineralization of water samples of Charvaksky reservoir were within the range of MPC. All parameters of the chemical composition of water of Charvaksky reservoir were lower than the upper MPC limit, regardless of the place of sampling and the time of year.

ABSTRACT

It was studied seasonal dynamics of inoculation of microorganisms from water samples of some reservoirs of Uzbekistan in a comparative perspective. It was found that in samples of water of Kattakurgan reservoir TC in 1 dm3 in summer in the water samples from the middle of the reservoir is 2.2 times higher than normal, above the dam - 10.4 times, from the recreational area - 18.8 times. In the spring, TC was 2-3 times smaller than in the summer, but TBC, on the contrary, more. Exceeding in this parameter 4.5 - 26.0 times is mentioned in the water of Tuyamuyun reservoir. In the spring, quality of the water by TC not differ, by TBC is significantly better than in the summer. These parameters of water of Charvak reservoir are at the upper limit of normal. The quality of the water of Charvak reservoir repeatedly exceeded microbiological parameters of Kattakurgan reservoir and Tuyamuyun reservoir.

ABSTRACT

Extracorporal inclusion of the porcine spleen was used in 180 patients with burns of the III A-B-IV degrees with the square area of burns from 25% to 95% of the body surface. The age of the patients was from 1 to 60 years. Critical trauma was diagnosed in 48 patients, supercritical--in 132 patients. The total amount of procedures was 310. Positive dynamics in the course of the burn disease was observed after biohemosorption; decrease of the body temperature, of intoxication delirium symptoms, of respiratory insufficiency. The state of the burn wounds was improved. It was stated that the liver function became better, indicators of nonspecific factors of defense, cellular and humoral links of immunity were increased, a tendency to normalization of lipid metabolism was noted. Positive results were obtained in 43 of 48 with critical trauma. Recovery took place in 52 of 132 patients with supercritical traumas.
