ABSTRACT
Con el objetivo de aplicar una intervención educativa sobre embarazo en la adolescencia, se realizó un estudio de intervención a 88 adolescentes del Consultorio 56, Policlínico Docente Bayamo Oeste. Se realizaron entrevistas individuales, para obtener variables sociodemográficas, explorar criterios y conocimientos sobre concepto, edad óptima de la concepción y complicaciones. Se evaluaron conocimientos y habilidades mediante un test antes y después de la intervención, sometiéndolo al método de experto Delphi, donde los 15 expertos opinaron que es Muy Adecuado. Se utilizaron los números absolutos, el porcentaje y la prueba de Antes y Después de Freidman, además del programa estadístico profesional Statistic versión 8.0 para Windows, con el objetivo de determinar el comportamiento y relaciones de las variables antes y después de la intervención educativa, con un nivel de significación (a≤0.05). De forma general predominaron los bajos conocimientos sobre embarazo en la adolescencia. Después de la intervención, 79 encuestados alcanzaron altos conocimientos. Se evaluó la estrategia propuesta de efectiva y pertinente.(AU)
With the objective to apply an educative intervention about pregnancy in adolescence it was performed an intervention research with 88 adolescents of the consult 88, Teaching Policlinic, West Bayamo. There were performed individual interviews to obtain socio demographic variables, to explore the different criteria and knowledge about the concept, the better age for this conception and also its complications. The knowledge and skills were evaluated through a test applied before and after the intervention with Delphi´s method, where 15 experts considered that it was Adequate. There were used the absolute numbers, percentages and the test Before and After Freidman´s, and the statistical and professional program Statistics version 8.0 for Windows, with the objective to determine the behaviour and relations of variables before and after the educative intervention with a significant level. In a general way the poor knowledge about pregnancy prevailed. After the intervention, 79 surveyed persons reached a high degree of knowledge about the topic. The strategy was considered effective and pertinent.(EU)
