ABSTRACT
El objetivo de este trabajo fue realizar el análisis factorial confirmatorio del Inventario de Violencia y Acoso Psicológico en el Trabajo IVAPT-PANDO en la población trabajadora de Bolivia y Ecuador. La muestra estuvo constituida por 620 trabajadores (311 y 309 respectivamente por cada país) de diversos sectores en servicios e industria. Los resultados muestran consistencia interna, con validez relevante y alta confiabilidad.
The objective of this work was to carry out the confirmatory factor analysis of Inventory of violence and psychological harassment at work IVAPT-PANDO in the working population from Bolivia and Ecuador. The sample consisted of 620 workers (311 and 309 respectively for each country) from different services and industry sectors. The results demonstrate internal consistency with relevant validity and high reliability.
