O presente trabalho apresenta um conjunto técnico possível para o acesso à confluência de línguas a partir de um percurso entre Ferenczi e Balint, partindo da confusão de língua, percorrendo a neocatarse e fazendo a amarração com o thrill. No manejo proposto o analista se coloca como local de neocatarse, um suporte substancial ao sujeito acometido pelo trauma, enquanto, simultaneamente, promove o enfrentamento do resíduo mnêmico do trauma, ou seja, promove ao sujeito a esperança e provoca o reposicionamento frente ao medo, gerando uma nova posição. Diante do exposto, a construção propõe um dispositivo clínico que seja capaz de unir o local de acolhimento e o convite ao ato de coragem como uma combinação suficiente à confluência de línguas.(AU)

The present work presents a possible technical set for the access to the confluence of languages from a route between Ferenczi and Balint, starting from the confusion of language, crossing the neocatharsis and making the mooring with the thrill. In the proposed management, the analyst places himself as a place of neocatharsis, substantial support for the subject affected by the trauma, while simultaneously promoting the coping of the mnemic residue of the trauma, that is, it promotes the subject to hope and causes the repositioning in the face of fear, generating a new position. Given the above, the construction proposes a clinical device that is able to unite the place of reception and the invitation to the act of courage as a sufficient combination to the confluence of languages.(AU)

Contribuições da técnica ativa para a clínica psicanalítica / Contributions of the active technique to the psychoanalytic clinic

O presente trabalho faz o resgate conceitual da técnica ativa, presente na clínica de Sándor Ferenczi na década de vinte, que fora fruto de seus trabalhos com casos-limite demonstrando que sua ideia principal está inserida no contexto tradicional da clínica psicanalítica, bem como recomendações ao seu uso e possibilidades terapêuticas. A técnica ativa, assim descrita por Ferenczi, é uma forma de convocar o paciente à atividade propriamente dita, mediante transferência, fazendo com que este último passe a ter maior dispêndio de libido no processo analítico, e assim se envolva com maior fidelidade no processo, seguindo o princípio do investimento libidinal. A exposição segue demonstrando o papel da técnica ativa como auxiliar da associação livre e como ferramenta possível ao analista em sua práxis.(AU)

The present article makes the conceptual rescue of the active technique, present in the clinic of Sándor Ferenczi in the twenties, which was the result of his work with borderline cases demonstrating that his main idea is inserted in the traditional context of the psychoanalytic clinic, as well as recommendations for its use and therapeutic possibilities. The active technique, as described by Ferenczi, is a way of summoning the patient to the activity itself, through transference, causing the latter to have a greater expenditure of libido in the analytical process, and thus to become more faithfully involved in the process, following the principle of libidinal investment. The exhibition continues to demonstrate the role of the active technique as an aid to free association and as a possible tool for the analyst in his praxis.(AU)

Clínica do traumático: o testemunho como uma confluência de línguas / Traumatic clinic: the testimony of a confluence of languages

O presente trabalho traz uma formulação do conceito de confluência de línguas a partir da Confusão de Línguas de Sándor Ferenczi, na qual a linguagem da ternura de caráter autoplástico, e a linguagem da paixão, que trabalha através de forma aloplástica, ou seja, da modificação do que é externo para o sujeito, se confundem. Na confusão de línguas, pela metapsicologia ferencziana, o sujeito pode construir em busca de uma reorganização psíquica, pela perlaboração, a confluência de línguas. Diante do exposto, a investigação propõe a oportunização à capacidade aloplástica do testemunho em consonância com a evocação de um estado autoplástico no sujeito, dando origem não mais a uma “confusão de línguas”, mas a uma “confluência de línguas”.(AU)

The present work brings a formulation of the concept of confluence of languages based on the Confusion of languages of Sándor Ferenczi, in which the language of tenderness of an auto plastic character, and the language of passion, which works through alloplastic form, that is, the modification of what is external to the subject, get confused. In the confusion of languages, by Ferenczian metapsychology, the subject can build in search of a psychic reorganization, through perlaboration, the confluence of languages. In view of the above, the investigation proposes the opportunity for the alloplastic capacity of the testimony in line with the evocation of an autoplastic state in the subject, giving rise no longer to a “confusion of languages”, but to a “confluence of languages”.(AU)
