ABSTRACT

The effect of pH value of cultivation medium on biosynthesis by bacteria of Bacillus genus of different types of hydrolases has been studied. The optimum pH medium values for each of the studied enzymes were chosen that allowed to increase the activity of produced xylanases and lypases--1.3-1.5 times, endoglucanases--4-5 times, cellobiases--18-20 times and pectinases more than 2 times.

ABSTRACT

The authors conducted the study on efficiency of Subalin medication for treatment children with chronic virus hepatitis. The use of improved curative complex including Subalin medication enables the regression of clinical signs of the disease, allows decreasing the signs of intoxication which alleviates the state of the children. Treatment with Subalin normalizes biochemical parameters of blood serum of the children: increase in content of whole protein, decreasing -thymol test index.

ABSTRACT

Active growth of some representatives of bacteria of Bacillus genus on earlier optimized nutrient medium for L. plantarum 8R-A3 is shown. Growth characteristics of the studied bacteria at mixed cultivation on this medium have been studied. The increase of their growth activity and accumulation of cell biomass has been determined. Taking into consideration the fact, that the process of obtaining of the studied strain mixed culture was determined by the type of ecological vital strategy of each separate species. B. licheniformis 5514 and L. plantarum 8R-A3 have been related to K-strategists and B. subtilis 5007--to r-strategists.
