ABSTRACT
The vagal nerve paraganglioma is a rare tumor over all the head and neck tumours. It presents with a insidious clinic, appearing usually as a asymptomatic laterocervical mass of low growth pattern. We present a case of a 53 years old woman with a left of painless laterocervical mass that produced cough with the palpation. We pretend to review the most relevant aspects of the diagnosis and treatment of the paraganglioma and therefore include this pathology in the differential diagnosis of laterocervical tumor.

We perform a subcutaneous autograft, in animals with preserved immunity (24 rabbits), of cartilage taken from the auricle, treated with tissue engineering thecnics and embeded in a reabsorbable polimer (Ethisorb) that acts as base. We observed a good quality cartilage with the expression of collagen type II and without graft rejection phenomenon.

Etiologic and pathogenic as well the Pemphigus vulgaris is an autoimmune disease, being its symptomatology polysystemic. Accordingly, under the diagnostic viewpoint, must be considered as a multidisciplinary illness. Either the evolutive course, the differential diagnosis or the treatment emphasizes the importance of the attendance of these patients ambulatory or hospitalized. An exclusively ENT case of pemphigus vulgaris seen by the AA. compelled them to a perusal of the bibliography of the subject, in order to update the problems of diagnosis and treatment of the disease.

The Keratosis obturans is a disease localized in the EAC. It is an important pathology because its physiopathology differs from other analogous diseases of the same site, and has a clinical and pathological aspect uniform and peculiar, in spite of its evolutive course. The AA. review the bibliography and report their experience with the aim to define and classify this disorder.

The esthesioneuroblastoma is a rare tumor localized in nose and sinus with difficult diagnosis (aspect like undifferentiated carcinoma and lymphosarcoma) local malignant. We have 2 cases in our hospital whose treatment and evolution is good. We have revised the diagnosis and treatment in these diseases.

The extramedullary plasmocytoma is a rare condition accounting for one per cent of malignancies of the upper air way. We present one case of rhinosinusal location, which diagnosis offered some difficulties owing to both the X-ray and clinical findings. Treated with radio- and chemotherapy (without any surgery) the result proved good. In the paper the AA. review and bring up-to-date this pathology.

The Forestier's disease is an skeletal idiopathy described by this A. and Rotés Querol, in 1950, characterized by the systemic ossification in variable degree of the vertebral column. The neck localization can produce pharyngeal or laryngeal symptoms, due to the compression of the structures of the neighbourhood. So was the case recorded which being symptomless remain untreated. Survey of today's literature on the subject so as diagnosis, pathophysiology and its management.

The mucous melanoma is a rare affection which has a very poor prognosis by its difficult diagnosis and unsatisfactory treatment. We have a patient with mucous melanoma nasal, which has been studied (clinic evolution, diagnosis and treatment) in our Hospital.
